PPXchange Holdings, LLC, is a holding company with three wholly-owned subsidiary companies. These companies offer individual services related to the capitalization of business ventures and investment in private (or pre-IPO) securities. The Company is offering this website for the purpose presenting access to our subsidiary companies, with each company providing certain specific support services for the overall effort. As our venture is initiated, the US and the world remain in a very tentative financial condition. Banks are basically not lending to any but their most creditworthy existing clients, those who have substantial assets and security for any loans. Also, there are literally thousands of web-based "capital sources" claiming to provide introduction to venture capital or other exotic approaches to funding, typically for a substantial "up front" fee. The Founders of the Company and its subsidiaries have traveled this route before, paid dearly for the knowledge, and hope to have learned from the experiences gained in starting and capitalizing new business ventures. As the Founders of the Company have experienced the frustration in the search for capitalization on a first hand basis on several occasions, the idea was borne to provide a central starting point for both new and experienced entrepreneurs to develop and fund early stage business ventures. Likewise, as our venture listing base increases in number, we hope to generate substantial traffic from private investors, venture capitalists, institutions and others, who will come to the site in search of investment opportunities generated by the entrepreneurs listing through our companies′ websites. Our affiliated companies will be offering a "first shot" at new, pre-IPO companies, which may be particularly attractive under the current stock market environment.
